I am not sure if this zoo is free with Ebt card but I do know that the aquarium in Boston was only $2 per person and I believe they said most zoos and museums were honoring the same price with EBT cards. Hope this helps. The entrance fee for capron isn’t much I believe it’s less than $8 per person

it was a very hot day when we visited the park and there was nobody with a water bottle that I saw. There is a snack bar area where you could probably buy a drink. We had a cooler with water in the truck and we had our water when we were ready to come home.
