So sorry not sure. We were there in July last year. We parked at the Ritz's and took a shuttle bus up to it. During the summer, no cars are allowed between 9 - 5 pm. Probably because there is not enough parking. There is some stables at the Lazy T Ranch & snowmobile on road 13. I think they said that was as far as you can go on your own if snow. Good luck!

There is a parking lot at Maroon Lake. During the summer you can drive up before 8 am. After 8 am it's by bus. The hike to Crater Lake starts here. In May it took us an hour and a half because of snow.
