Hi Peter, both times I’ve been there, the same happens. You need to meet in their shop on Shotover st and get weighed, checked in. They then have to mini bus you up as it’s a little way in off the road into the canyon. They normally can take approx 2.5hrs depending on group sizes and how many jumps being done, as if there is time, some people buy extra jumps on the spot.
