Yes, the lavender will still be in bloom unless the particular farm has cut their lavender to make products. If I remember correctly, most of them don't cut the blooms until sometime in September. If you want to see lavender and you can't find it at a farm, drive by our home on Marine Drive across from Cline Spit in Sequim. I don't cut mine until winter.

It just depends on the weather and when the fields/bushes were pruned last year. I personally have 2 plants that are in bloom right now (mid-May), but since I had just moved into our home in July, I didn't know to prune them. Hence they are blooming now. I have some plants I did prune that are ready to bloom in the next week or so. I don't see many buds right now on the plants as I drive by the various farms. I would say mid-June would be the earliest as a guess.
