If we start our hike at Emerald Bay and end at Bliss state park, can we get a bus, taxi, or shuttle back to emerald bay?

I am unaware of a bus or shuttle service. I read in someone else’s post that taxis and Uber are very hard to come by there and cel reception is hit and miss, so not to depend on either.
