We also caught Skipjack, Yellowfin and Big Eye Tuna (these are all types of tuna that restaurants serve as Ahi). There were Mahi Mahi around but not for us that day. The crew will usually fillet at least one fish for you to take. They grill up very nicely! If you happened to bring in only very large fish it might be different because it would have to be sent to the market intact.
