Is it hard for foreigners to take? How long to wait for the bus? Is it very crowded all the time or only rush hour? 2. Is taxi there expensive ? How to avoid con ?

it's a good idea to take bus in city. easy and cheap. you could check the bus time table by google map then will not have to wait. normally it is not crowded except rush hour.
