The original apprentice required the AUX1 channel (Panic Mode) to be "Reversed" for most modern Spektrum transmitters. According to page 21 of the new Apprentice STS manual it also requires this to be reversed.

2019年8月12日 · The STS RTF is $350 while the STS BNF is still at the $270 price. Buying the BNF model will save you $80, but the RTF model will include a 3200 MaH battery, a Dxe transmitter, and a charger. My choice would be to save the $80. Unless you really want the transmitter, battery, and charger, I think the $80 is better spent elsewhere.

2024年2月5日 · Test was done Oct 10 in partially clouded sky conditions at noon with a 3-5 mph headwind over our north Geotech (black) runway. Apprentice had been previously flown with floats but not with the Landing Assist sensor module. Module was mounted as per the instructions in the Apprentice STS manual.
