It’s between about 10 cars, so I won’t list them all… The car will likely only be used for my work commute which is a little less than 30 miles. I just want something reliable.

Ford Panther cars. 4.6L mod motor was the best thing to come from Ford since the flathead. Avoid Town Cars equipped with air ride unless you're willing to fix it. GM GMT800 trucks/SUVs. 5.3L is very reliable.

You are better off first deciding the exact model and specification first and then just searching through all the major sites from Craigslist, to cat gurus, auto trader, for the best price. Craigslist is still the best for private party if you can find an actual private party seller.
