Located in Mid-Cambridge, the Main Library consists of two wings. The historic stone Richardsonian building, designed by Van Brunt and Howe, opened in 1889. The new glass addition, designed by William Rawn Associates, opened in 2009.
2024年7月7日 · Through the Main Library and six neighborhood branches, we operate as a unified system to provide free library services and programs to everyone. All of our facilities offer accessible entrances and welcome service animals. The Cambridge Room is open by appointment only.
