Care Credit closed due to inactivity. Can it be reopened?
2013年8月21日 · Just found out today my care credit account has also been closed. I never used it and had a 12,500 cl. Not received a letter yet, but can only presume it was due to inactivity. My other GE accounts are ok though and I haven't used some of those for a few years. Care credit was my newer account just under a year old.

It has a different account number and I wondered if I now had two accounts. By phone, the CSR told me it was an upgrade, no HP, and the new card is on its way in the mail.

2024年4月12日 · This was a new hard inquery, and a new account added to my report. Thus, it dropped my GOOD Credit score down about 60 points to FAIR. It has dropped my avg account age to 6 months. And ofcourse, nobody, not the doctors, not carecredit, etc are willing to simply reverse the process. I wanted to see if there was any advice to what I should do.
