2020年11月24日 · I'm guessing there are two types. (1) Real otw rowers. (2) Data/connectivity nerds with fitness interests. I fall into the second category. I'm the kind of person who gets heartburn if I can't get all my speed data on a run or each stroke of a row into strava. I don't think crossfit people use the logbook.

Yesterday's workout has the stats and pushed that to logbook, but no graphs/charts and there is no data available for export in the logbook. Today's workout showed up with all stats and charts and graphs as normal and synced fine.

2022年4月3日 · Assuming the goal is to keep Polor Flow activities together with the Concept 2 rowing sessions, I find Strava helpful. Here is my setup: Use the Polar Beat app to track non-rowing activities, and Use the Concept 2 logbook to track rowing sessions. (I used both EXR and ErgData, where both can write to the Concept 2 logbook.)

2022年11月26日 · I usually force a C2 logbook update right when I finish the row, by accessing the logbook from ErgData. Then Garmin Connect usually syncs up the next time I open it. If I don't, then there might be a delay in the logbook getting updated, which then turns into a delay in Garmin updating.
Concept 2 Rower PM5 - Can I download the data from the past
2020年5月20日 · I put a USB into the PM5 and it asked me "name this logbook" after it downloaded stuff. After the end it displayed "Lifetime Meters: 0, May 20 2020" on the screen :D I'm guessing that's because it's the start of a "new" logbook. Going to download the other stuff you have listed and see what's on this USB device, thanks!

2023年6月22日 · If you have a logbook account with Concept2 you can sync it to your garmin account. The workout will automatically populate in the garmin app after the workout. You can connect to the workout to the Concept2 logbook automatically through using something like Ergzone (my preference - free) or Ergdata (Concept2's app).
