The Delegation of Authority Policy is the principal policy under which the Chief Executive Officer delegates part of his authority to the management of the Company at levels which are considered appropriate to enable management to fulfill its responsibilities.
Any role may temporarily delegate their authority to another role in case of absence. The board must be informed of the delegation and the period for which it will be in force. The Board will review the contents of, and compliance with, this policy regularly.
