What to Substitute for Diced Green Chile Peppers
Diced green chilies have no heat and not much flavor so I don't think it would even matter if you left them out. LOL. I felt the same way but figured someone would disagree. I am so happy you said this. I will not fear it next time. It is true. This! You can substitute a fresh, green bell pepper. Add some hot sauce if you want heat.
