2018年10月13日 · Re: 5-Point Star I just searched Pinterest. Google (or search Pinterest) Betsy Ross one piece 5-point Star, she shows how to fold a piece of paper to make a 5 pointed star. I would think this would work with bigger paper, hers was about 8 inches. You might need to use newspaper opened all the way out so its big enough.

The Texas Lone Star pattern is an 8 pointed star. Even though every Texan knows the lone star of Texas that on the emblem, Texas Rangers, sherriffs, belt buckles, etc is a 5 pointed star.

2023年8月3日 · I'm convinced it has to do with the measurements for the triangles and squares. The star lies absolutely flat until these are added, each addition puffs it more. I didn't have a clue about finding the formula. Thanks! Oh, and by the way, I've past the point of wanting it perfect and just looking for finishing it so that it looks presentable, LOL.

He showed me the MRI images, pointed out the large bone spur (trust me, don't need special equipment to see that one), pointed out the tiny bone fragments embedded in the tendon, and then pointed out the other white areas of the tendon.

2012年12月16日 · I start piercing seams with a -0- for 1 or 2 stitches, then for my pfaff I go back to 2. I normally sew clothes so was also taught to always back stitch, but someone pointed out you don't have to in quilting because another seam goes over all the stitching so no worries.

Or how about a uniform shirt quilt? I have seen where quilters have taken military uniforms and made a quilt so why not sheriffs uniforms. Also saw what a 7 point star looked like.

I haven't done y seams, but as with anything else I'd just take a step back and try and simplify my thoughts about where to start getting it how I'd like it to be.
