Intermittent lack of power from the key fob located close to the door or trunk (can't open the doors with the pushbuttons located on the car, have to use the button on the key fob) and randomly have to insert the key fob into the clot in the car, instead of using the push button start. I have also replaced the battery.

2016年3月8日 · Recently, our 2016 Rogue has had issues detecting our Key FOB. Door locks on the handle and also starter button would not recognize the keys. We tried replacing the batteries but still happening. We have to manually unlock the doors. Same with the Start button, we have to press on the unlock button on the remote before we can start the car.

2012年1月22日 · Even with the key in range, the computer is still on the first sequence and it cant start a new sequence unless the first finishes. Any button you hit on the keyboard doesnt fix it and the same goes for the engine button. The only option is to turn off the computer and hope it turns back on with no problems.

I know that these push-button vehicles allows you to use the metal key to unlock the driver's door when the fob is dead and NOT trigger the alarm, and able to start the vehicle with the fob placed near to the button. But dang, the 2019 Model Year showed me how low Nissan got within the 2nd generation Rogue.

2015年8月11日 · 2 attempts to jump start both failed, due to pesky "Warning Key System" on IP. Did it lose the key codes? Inconceivable! By next morning, battery was totally 100% dead, and a jump start worked. Whew! It's been fine since then (2 days), so far. Is dead battery a common issue? Is "Warning key system" a problem common?
