That by itself means Pot must stay banned as it's a matter of if the Opponent has no handtraps True Deep Draw Exodia OTK wins. & given how you only have 3 Ash & 3 Droll at most thats 6 cards out of 40 that at least stops 1 card if ash but they can play around it but Droll will stop it.

There's literally no deck in the game that wouldn't run 3 of it (Except SHS) and having it legal would just make the more broken decks even more busted.Again, how so. In competitive terms it's a no cost +1 that takes a card from the deck. In casual it's a free card that thins (albeit acutely) the deck down. If you've used it and that 1 card hasn't given you an advantage over your opponent or let you disrupt your opponent's tempo, then you're playing really badly.
