2013年12月4日 · it's not the sulfur that's worrying me. it's the soap content. if you are experiencing breakouts, here is what I've learned: there is a difference between regular "soap" and "facial cleanser". soap is too harsh for the face - it can strip away too many "good" oils and/or the protective acid mantle (look up acid mantle, it's an important thing to keep).

2012年5月23日 · No, I don't think it's crazy to get good results from sulfacetamide/sulfur, it often helps rosacea as well as demodex. For me, the stay on lotion is much better than the wash. I also found the wash to be a bit irritating and left my skin oily. Now I use the sulfacetamide/sulfur lotion at night and leave it on all night, it's helped a lot.
