When trying to come up with a species for Tree (since the wiki only lists him as deciduous and nonconiferous), I tried looking into ones in Australia since that's where his voice actor is from.

If it were to be canon, that means Great Britain is also canon in BFDI and the founder of it too. Also every event that happened before the founding of Great Britain would be canon as well, but with objects.

Tree, maybe? Notice how, in TPOT 2, he suggests that the team steal blocks. And he has a sort of evil-ish appearance, and rubs his hands. Cake tells him that he should not do that, and Tree tells him that he is right. But he still steals the blocks. In TPOT 3, Tree seems rather... anxious? Maybe due to the blocks falling and stuff at the beginning.
