My suggestion would be to do research on your own first, find the car you want, and then use the USAA service to get in touch with the dealer you want to buy it from instead of browsing deals/cars in general.

This guts most of the protection of your fire insurance, making your car insurance almost worthless if you have a fire. Obviously most car fires are started by the engines.
