For purposes of a war of attrition, Ukraine is one of the strongest contenders in Europe. Who else can mobilize hundreds of thousands of troops? The initial estimates when the invasion started on the lower end put them at around 400-500k, but possibly as high as ~700-800k. 2022年5月21日 · You can reduce the build up of war exhaustion, but you can't reduce existing exhaustion. Also, exhaustion doesn't matter that much. It only starts to matter if you're the attacker, both sides get to 100% and you haven't achieved all your goals yet. Peace out via status quo and prepare for the next attack in 10 years.
