Shoulder press 50 seconds each exercise with 10 seconds rest in between each exercise. The most common mistake I see on incline dumbbell curls is bringing your shoulders forward when you curl into shoulder flexion. This takes tension off the biceps and onto the front delt which is what youd want to avoid. Instead, keep your shoulders back into slight extension and maintain that shoulder position as you curl. #fyp #fitness #gym #bodybuilding

Replying to @Peter.Pahl You need external & internal rotation to bias the Bicep Heads, not flexion (arms out in front) & extension (hands behind you). Although, most gym goers do not need to bias the Bicep heads, mind you, unless you are advanced with a blatant weak point.. So I’d just recommend normal mid position curls for the majority of your Bicep training 👍 #bodybuilding #fit #exercise #fyp
