Tuesday Training 🦐 In case you want to see what a contortion session looks like, I made this little BTS! I haven’t seen Rebecca in a year (🤯) cause she got injured during her pole training. But now she’s back, and all the tricks we worked on before are still solid! So today we worked on two new positions in cheststand, and tweaked the technique in her sitting bridge and needle. Happy #flexyfriday 💃🏼 I love teaching contortion and sharing with others how to unlock their hidden potential. I started contortion at 33 with pretty much a non-existent back bend. I’m naturally a front bender NOT a back bender so I went into it with the simple goal of just being able to one day push up into a bridge.
