This applies to the majority of humanity 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 Absolutism and sensationalism reign supreme on social media and it drives me up a wall. You’ve got people with zero credentials (other than having money to throw at production) telling you how evil oatmeal is. Honestly it gives me a headache. But there are many of us who think one day of gluttony will erase days, weeks, even months of effort. I suppose it depends how much gluttony, but I sincerely doubt it.
