Cousin, leave a comment if you’ve made my recipe and you became the go-to pernil maker 😩 my pernil recipe is EVERYONE’S FAVORITE! If you have a newer stove, broil for 10 minutes, not 30!! Bone-in pork shoulder (mine is 11 lbs) 4 cloves of garlic, grated or minced 6 cloves of whole garlic 1 cup of sofrito juice of 6 limes 2 tbsp of salt 2 tbsp oregano 1/4 cup soy sauce Oven bag for roasting *scale the recipe for a larger or smaller pernil #bigmamacooks #dominicanfood #pernil #pernilasado #pork #
