Update on Loulou: 1 week after her surgery ❤️‍🩹 Loulou’s recovery is quite more difficult than expected, but I’m cautiously optimistic now that her breathing has improved slightly 🤍 However, she still has a long way to go. Especially since Loulou has a second surgery planned to finally tackle the double middle ear infection that is causing her head tilt and balance issues. The day of Loulou’s second surgery 🍀🩷 Yesterday Loulou had an appointment with the specialist who assessed her breathing and overall recovery, and fortunately Loulou was fit enough to go ahead for her second surgery 🙏🏼 Unfortunately her middle ear infection has gotten worse over time and the only option was to do a Total Ear Canal Ablation: the removal of the entire ear canal in her left ear. Which means she is now permanently deaf in that ear 😔 They also removed the left saccule on her lar
