Homemade 4 Ingredient Icecream RECIPE 2 cups (500ml) whipping cream 1 cup (250ml) evapourated milk 3/4 cup (150g) sugar 1tbsp vanilla Method 1. Whip together all the ingredients over an icebath untill soft peaks (make sure all your ingredeints are cold - that is the cream and evapourated milk) 2. Chill in the freezer fro 3hours (untill hard) 3. Whip untill smooth. You can add an additions at this stage, maybe oreos or choped fruit like mango . Anything you want 4. Put into containers and freeze
