This is a favorite meal for local Vietnamese people in central and Southern Vietnam. You can find it in Hanoi, and the northern areas, but it’s really much more available in the southern regions (Da Nang, Saigon, West Vietnam). It is also served in a couple of different sizes, depending on where you are in the country. I love it because it’s not only tasty, but it’s super fun to eat.
